Be careful of the distance Stef. you need to look after your calves and concentrate on the toe-up work

Trueee… I don’t know why I tend to sidetrack… It must be some kind of psychological disorder. :o

(The above EMS Compex Performance situation might be getting just a tad addicting…
I will soon want/need/desire/crave my own… >> access until Wednesday…)

Other notes:

  • Day devoted to Leonardo Da Vinci. … I love this man, and particularly his anatomy pictures… I want to draw vessels and tissues now…

And the geographical updates:

  • Venice tomorrow =)
  • Athens on Monday !
  • Thessaloniki on Wednesday !

That is a very nice piece.

Thank you Rainy.Here =)

Sunday, March 5th (Venice)

> 5+ hours walking in Venice. So beautiful !

> EMS
20min Relaxing Massage on Hamstrings

(Tomorrow flying to Athens).

how does that compare with ‘regular’ massage?

I think that it is not comparable. A regular massage from a professional masseur I think that it is help more than ems but… the ems you can have it whenever and wherever you like. I can asure you than the ems is a good alternative than a masseur but the best choise for me is the hand of a professional.

I agree, it’s not comparable.

Such tools are sweet though …

Just curious, Stefanie – it seems as if you are constantly traveling, especially to Greece. How does this work with your studies in Milano?

BOOK REVIEW!!! :stuck_out_tongue:

I think she is going pretty well  . I think that she has small periods without courses… and she finding time to do her travels

No problem John =) You know I love doing those !!
p.s. I ordered that book in Amazon before it even came out… :o

Dejan’s right (:)). It’s a phd, so it’s not like real school. We have guiding-courses, lectures, and seminars, and workshop meetings every other week until July, but things are not 100% compulsory, and I find gaps to see people I want to see, who happen to be in Greece… =), visit new places, and suck in experiences…
Although I constantly feel wandering, permanently unsettled and confused, I appreciate every moment of this life-adventure.

Thursday, April 9th: (Thessaloniki)

Finally, I can go to the track any time I want without worrying about closing stadium times…

8pm:
TRACK:
> Warm up / Isometrics

> Drills

> 5x(10x10m), spikes on track (this is the place where they shoot you if you step on the grass, especially with spikes on)

> 6-7 accelerations 15+10(I lost count… concentrating on technique. I think it went fairly well. No supervising, due to lateness of time…)

> Much technique drilling.

I think I am almost ready for a groundbreaking trip…
Fingers crossed.
