Just wondering if anyone knew of some good speed training facilities and/or qualified coaches in florida. pm me if anyone has some info…thanks
There are alot of facilities. I just dont know if the coaching is good.
I believe Dennis Mitchell Coaches out of there.
Brooks Johnson is out of The Disney Wide World of Sports facility in Orlando.
Both coaches charge quite a high price though. Facilities would probably be the easiest to find.
Disney track isn’t free. Clearmont were Dennis is may be free but it is in the cut. I also hear that Dennis is not the greatest coach. Dont know if its true or not.
Yeah I have heard that as well. I’ve seen him ruin an athlete or two.
