My goals are to gain 30-40 pounds over the next year currently 6’1 145lb
and be able to get into sprint position for the first time with the help of weights ; ) i have no goals for times until i can sprint the correct way.
my 05 goals:
100: 11.0
110h: 14.2
300h: 38.7
these are all VERY large jumps from my current PRs though :D.
summer goals:
100m - get a time
400m - currently a 57, get it down to a 53-54
mile - if i decide to work on it, get it down from 5:45-5:30
vertical leap - not sure how much i’d need to gain exactly, but grab rim on 10’/dunk consistently on 9.5’ (i currently can only dunk on a 9’ basket)
also get started lifting/establish a routine.
