The exploding one legged squats

Complete 25 the one one legged squats ( all the way down all the way up - one rep, if lost the balance start again, if got injured - out of game for 6 + months ) and time yourself. What time is yours?

I have to disagree about the balance issue. If the strength and flexibility is there to do 25 of them, the balance is easy. It’s much easier if you curl your non-support leg around the front of your other leg.

The balance is easy if you’re short or do 1 leg squat slow. If you curl non support leg as you put it you wouldn’t go all the way down. Nevertheless if it’s easy anyone since there “fast twitch fibers excellent wheels good coordination tremendous standing long vertical jump” guys complete 25 reps all the way faster than me and I will western union you 1 buck!

I curl my leg in front for 1 legged squats, and I go all the way down. Perhaps our bodies are built differently.

I tell you what, boozing for 3 days straight having it’s impact. The last chime in in there you blocks. They say they give 100 k $ bucks Guenness book for beating reckords, neither I say americans perform those silly reckords the likes of who spill the furthest or fart the loudest. So there is a challenge. Who knows who knows.
For more coorelation to sprinting performance you can pump your arms ok? Being able to perform all kinds of splits will not make you faster though it didn’t stop me from being able to do them.
In Russia we say - Vodka with no beer is money thrown, just for general education.
