i didnt say he wasnt, i was just curious why decline?
I rarely see anybody do dumbell shrugs correctly!!?? They load the bar up, and bend their elbows slightly without any movement in their shoulders?? Not sure what its going to do for em?? Almost everybody does it that way?
As for leg presses, 1/4 movement with it loaded to the rim??
Squats, most seem to do 1/4 movement too, except the guys who look like they could do full squats do them!
Bicep curls, most people stop half way down or even some push it down to 3/4 way down, but there bi’s look flat!
Tricep push downs, swinging there elbows up and down, good exercise for the rear delts i bet??
Calf raises, common is for blokes to stop at parrell to floor without stretching right down, and only go up a little bit.
Chin ups, maybe 10% of people do em?
Deadlifts, as above.
hence, most people can go month after month and still Look the same.
Which shows exactaly from way back in Arnolds day, do full range of motion and you will Look correct. Concentrate on excuting the exercise correctly, and dont go so heavy that you cant do it correctly.
whenever i do calf raises i get pretty sloppy and just do them fast, i guess bc they are not important but everything else is sound.
1arm rows, 5 for 50kg. Not sure if its a Pb?? but its the best in a while, perhaps due to not being a regular exercise.
season best of RDL’s, 2 x 140kg - and felt pretty smooth
height - 5’ 9 1/2"
weight - 168 lbs
tested yesterday in 30m, 60m, 20m 15kg sled pull with 10m running start, and front squat for the first time. Sprint times were timed by lasers, the clock didn’t start until you tripped the one on the start line. We started in three point stance with the hand on the ground right behind the start line.
30m - 3.8 something
60m - 6.8 something
20m sled pull - 2.61
front squat - 255 lbs.
I’ve got some work to do.

Sounds more than doable. Keep up the good work!
Hey Richo, your relative strength in your squat is 1.7, the same as my relative strength in the deadlift (well I mean my deadlift 4RM, which is 255…I’m 150 lbs)
I’m wondering… what is your 100m PR? Do you also run in the low 12s?
hey wu gong, my 100m PR last time timed was 12.94s, which was early this year. but now, it should be mid to mid-low 12s due to the training. but i havent been timed yet
