I did a standing longjump yesterday,I’m not really good at it 2.38m aprox 8feet
Yesterday I pulled a new deadlift record for me 140 kilos (308 lbs) at a bodyweight of 69 kilos, I’m quite proud but I know it’s just a start

I use to practice the standing long jump
I jumped 15 yards for 3 sets for 6 weeks and at the end of those 6 weeks i was jumping 13 feet
your weight room pbs are strange compared to your speed. Your SLJ is crazy…wtf is that, like…3.3 meters or something?
I know ; ( i never been good in the weight room so i stopped lifting weights
