Was thinking the same…how can you have a PB so slow for the 60m yet clock 10.37 for a 100m!!! From my understanding the acceleration phase is bread and butter for 60’s and 100’s. I train with 10.3/10.1 guys and they couldn’t run 7.18 even if they tried to run slow…Your 60m time should be in the 6.69-6.72 range.
I only ran it once last year and got a really bad start. Came back and won the race but becasuse of the start the time turned out bad. However I did run a flying 60 in 5.9 in flats the other night in pracitce, so that should put me at about 6.6-6.7 in a race. I’m looking forward to a great season.
Just wondering…how is everyone measuring their standing long jumps? From toe of start to heel of land? Or from toe of start to toe of land?
I did mine from toe from the standing position to heel where I landed.
something out of topic a bit, where do you people do olympic lifts?
i dont train proffetionaly, so i am bound to a gym, obviously i am the only one doing olympics and i cant really let the barbell fall after i lift or if anything goes wrong:P
so…now what?
I do Olympic lifts in my gym, just find a spot away form everyone else, and just don’t let the weight drop too fast coming back down. If you can’t bring it back down yourself then it is probably too much weight, I mean you want to be able to explode.

me and you are exact replica, except i weigh 170-173 and run abit slower (still not in 11’s yet) but my slj and everything else is pretty much the same, i beat you at long jump though 4.30 m with no training just run and jump heheheh.
meh, I don’t know if those times are accurate, the only electric timed run I did last year was 11.99 and it was a bad race but those are all hand timed. Also I can squat at least 300 now.
