I know we’ve sort of been through this before, but if you have a moment please post the following information. I think it would be interesting to see what kind of correlations we can make between the different training components and our body types. Analysis along the way would be great.

340 buried backsquat (OLY style RAW)
Could 1/4 squat 455 easily
Did stepups to fairly high box with 225 for reps

275 (wasnt good form) 225 was pretty clean form
Best Standing long jump
3.05 meters
Best running long jump.
Didn’t do it. No technique whatsoever. I think I was around 6 meters in practice but cant remember. (Was back in 93-94)
