Charlie: can you please clarify if this 6rm limitation was only in the later stages of his career, or if it applied throughout his whole athletic career/development (ie pre 85). For example Tudor Bompa has published example cycles for Ben (mid 80’s) using MaxS inclusive of up to 1 rep at %100 1RM.
I know, I’m just wanting to confirm the point specifically with Charlie because it’s regularly coming up and I don’t want people to take the wrong idea away with them, particularly if they are training athletes.
