In terms of change, if all you want to do is win then change nothing - no one else is going to run 10.6s (unless LJF gets her upright running sorted - which is a lot harder to fix than the start). If you want to break the WR then perhaps?

With everything that SAF has to fix, her potential is more than likely in the 10.5’s if she can run that way and be in the low 10.7’s.
