Age considerations

your current times are close to my goals for outdoor this coming year.

100m ~11.50 FAT
200m ~23.40 FAT

Indoors for me is just for practice/training but I would like to run well in the masters championships in March. (50 and 200)

Everyone here in Toronto has a cold/flu of some type or another. I think I am catching my wife’s sore throat. Even though she is sick she is too cute to leave alone :smiley:

I am beginning to wonder if I even have an immune system LOL!
