If you look through the forum you will definitely get some ideas. However, starting out I would advise you to get the basic skill set and levels of conditioning, and ideally this would involve you having a coach that can monitor your progression. It also depends somewhat on when you wish to start competing. If you live in the Northern hemisphere, you may want to compete this summer, which I would probably recommend as you’re still so young. If you’re in the Southern hemisphere, you have a little more time to play around with until your season begins.
