Milos is a friend of Charles Poliquin - if that makes any difference, who knows.
Its interesting that you can make such comments about milos without knowing him. You say its not bashing but it sure sounded like it. The great thing about milo is he has an open mind and is willing to learn, and he activily seeks learning new information. As for “understand the precision that it takes to integrate all the variables of a world class athlete” I guess thats a prerequisite now for working on an athletes nutritional program and giving him ideas on training. If we all had to be at that point before we started working with athletes, you would never be at the level where you could. A coach is always learning that process.
idealimage…bodybuilders for the most part are very educated with regards to training and nutrition compared to the general public. They get fed alot of propaganda, but for the most part, they are well educated. If you don’t know what you are doing, all the supplements in the world won’t do you any good.
Most people do not understand the precision it takes to develop a world class athlete, myself included. However, there are many who know a whole heck of alot about one or 2 of the aspects of training.
