Which is better for someone running the 400m next year light weight (65-80%) done in reps up to 10 or heavy weight (85-95%) for reps up to 5 ?
A generic answer…Base the majority of your lifting on high intensity(85%+) core lifts. You already get specific endurance training by performing your sport.
