Where do you buy an Isorbic Exerciser. Help

I have been looking for the website for the resistance intrument used on Ben Johnson mentioned in the CFTS. Help

instrument my bad

I think the MF Ahtletics company sells it. Do a google search. It’s about $150 though. Before spending money on that, I would invest in a med ball and probably Charlie’s video tapes first. Just my two cents. I tend to be anti-gadget, even if the gadget is useful when used properly.

Yup MF athletic out of rhode island has a couple version’s of the isorber. The one flash talks about is of very good quality. In training for speed charlies mentions a company that I believe no longer exists. However it gives details into ordering it.

What are your training applications with them?

The device called The Trainer. Is it the same as the Isorbic Exerciser?
Perform Better has The Trainer for $129. wwwperformbetter.com.

Is that Clemson in the picture?

Im a lil confused as when resistance running would be applied. Is there something identifiable in an athlete that would warrant it or is it just something to use to mix things up?? I understand that light resistance would train the body to apply more force on subsequent runs, but what are the long term effects. Will it help develop acceleration more rapidly?
