I have a little question for you:
in MaX Strenght Phase we train acceleration (for example in 8 week, with th charlie’s pattern of training organization) then we pass in the maintanace phase, other 3- 4 weeks.
In the second week of this phase we can start (accordly to russian evidence as tabachnick and verkhoshansky ones) max speed training
but, don’t be 3 weeks a little time to train this quality? have to continue it in a following phase (competitive phase)?
