I’m looking for things this summer for training and nutrition which will lower my bodyfat and increase my mass. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
There are about 10 million things that fall into that category. If you are looking for a one word answer, I would have to say… Squats.

Well, regardless I do think you need to d some squats. Maybe its just the angle, but your left quad looks really skinny.
