what to do!?!? PLEASE

I sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago and i’m still recovering. i can’t run or do any leg weights b/c it’s a really bad sprain, so what should i do for the next 3 or weeks? i really need a plan. can you all please help me. i would really appreciate it b/c i have goals to win state in the 100m and 200m really bad this year but this incident unfortunately happened…
