My coaches don’t know much about lifting. They all tell people to do 3-4 day splits, more like bodybuilding. Example:
Day 1: Chest/Tris
Day 2: Back/Bis
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs
Also they dont care about squat, only bench press
