What is Clyde Hart's weight training regimine?

There is a post on Clyde Hart’s workout for the 400m. In the workout he mentions “weights” in is workout routines.
Does anyone know what his weight routine consists of?

I am training for the 400m and would like to get an idea of his rep counts and % max. Also what specific lifts does he incorporate?
