What event are you training for?
i am not really a sprinter, i play football, basketball, hockey, and baseball, i would just like to know how sprinters increase their speed so i can use these methods to increase mine. I need to gain speed so i have an advantage going into the football season. I need to beat out somebody for a back position (wide receiver, running back)
