I keep reading about fibres converting to type 2A. However, if the athlete is also doing a lot of sprint work, then would that not decrease the amount of conversion 2A from 2B?
Just as my weight training program has started going really well with new pb’s I read stuff that suggets a break from weight training is what you need for fibre to convert back to 2B.
I think that looking at general guidelines, then techniques that fit within those guidelines and pick what works for you, do it and dont worry about fibre conversion, when your times stop improving you can worry about variable of how weight training, plyo, and tempo are effecting fibre conversion.
