Can anyone send me a good weight program my school gym only has basic lifts.
Basic lifts are all you usually need. Could you supply a little more information so we know what your needs are?
Generally, I usually like to limit things to one or two leg exercises, one pulling exercise and one pushing exercise per session. That way you hit all of the major muscle groups with the fewest number of lifts.
