Weight liftin conflict need help!

I just got charlie francis trainin for speed and read you should do speed/weight the same day , but i can only lift in the morning Remember
the football team will be in there after school and speed comes
first and after am done doing speed the weightroom will be closed.

My conflict is that i will have to lift on my tempo days or is liftin first in the mornin on my speed days with 8 hours before i speed train ok?

In this case I would perform speed in the evening and weights the next morning with a day off/tempo/recovery the day after that.

Speed should take priority over the weights and this way you will hit speed at your freshest.

You may need to taper your weight volume intensity as well.

What isTaper`ing your weight volume intensity ?

Performing slightly fewer sets for less total volume.

Keep the intensity high but don’t go crazy with the number of sets.

(You will be CNS drained from the speed session so you can’t go too crazy with the volume)
