Up stairs training

Theres any benefits doing Up Stairs;

  • 2 rungs per step ( 8" each rung = 20cms )
  • 12seconds for each rep ( fast & explosive movements )
  • 6 or 7 reps ( 12s each )
  • 4 or 5 minutes rest between each rep.

How often do you use steps in your training?

No,
that was my first session,
i made;
5 reps of 16 rungs ±8s each rep( 1 rung per step at maximum velocity )
5 reps of 16 rungs ±6s each rep( 2 rung per step at maximum velocity )
3 reps of 24 rungs ±10s each rep( 2 rung per step at maximum vel. )
after that, i was cold&fresh&strong, so,
i went to weight room and did some weight exercises for legs
1 set 8 reps
1 set 6 reps
1 set 4 reps
1 set 2 reps
day after, i was good, without any pain or tightness/soreness
