While doing tyre work or similar ( from 3 point start - over 10, 20, even 30m distances ) what should i emphasize ?
*Explosion ?
*Strenght ?
–Any aspect from technicall standpoint ?
*Knees & Arms ?
*Foot land ?
*Stay low ?
*Speed ?
PLUS:
When should i do this ? GPP ? SPP ?
flying,focus on just running and staying relaxed.all these things you mentioned above will happen when you just run and you will notice all even more when you do unassisted runs after the pulls.
