TWhite03 Training Log

How have the results been?

As in win and losses? my goal with my inseason guys is try and maintain 85-90% of there offseason strength, we never have issues with guys dropping weight.

I think my strength is still pretty good if I really wanted to test it. My main issue is that I feel like I’ve lost a little size in the posterior chain, especially the hammies.

why does that matter, if performance havent decreased who cares.

Because I feel as if I’ve lost a little bit of explosiveness as a result.

what have your SC had you guys during?

We lift 3 times a week.

Sunday we do light squats, post. chain, and arms and shoulders

Tuesday we do PC+FS, RDL, back work

Thursday we do bench, rows, shoulders, triceps

I would rather rest on sun and have a better lift on mon, also i dont like during pc during the season too much stress on the shoulders and hands i perfer to go from the hang or block position. With most of my guys we go mon-wed and friday, friday is a neural day depending how the week went. With some of my skill guys like wr/db we may only train legs once a week.

tough season for the bears, i heard they may be cleaning house.

Twhite, u tha man! What a showcase of speed and power you had on last Saturday. Breaking 3 tackles and setting a career high for your longest play. That was also probably the best game you had as far as statistics, 4 catches 118yds 2td’s. Can’t wait to see what is next!

Much appreciated my friend, where did you see the highlights?

i c u putting up kevin walter type numbers

There is a show on the local tv network(Channel 25) in waco called Inside Baylor Sports. It comes on at 11:00pm on Sundays. They have interviewed you a lot on that show. Hard to believe that you don’t know about it. It will also come on wednesday’s at 1pm, I think and show the same show on FSNSW. If you need more info just ask.

Oh I know about Inside Baylor Sports, it just didn’t come on Sunday night like it was supposed to.

Twhite, you looked RIDICULOUS last night! 2 catches 117yds, 2TD’s. And you did that against Oklahoma! who is always loaded with talent. The game announcers were in awe of your speed, saying that you looked like a legit 4.4 guy(even though you run a 4.2-4.3). Nice stiff-arm by the way on that one 75yd td. I can’t wait to see those highlights on Inside Baylor Sports tonight.

i caught the replay on fox late lastnite, i was impressed by bu and ou RB’s they balled out. twhite you missed a couple big blocks downfield. good game man.

You sure ended the season on a good note with 9 catches, 68yds, 2td’s. You had a great year despite having to miss 3 games. Your totals were 34 catches, 475yds, 8td’s. Your stats would be way up there if you would have been able to play in those 3 games. Your expectations of next season will be very high, the problem is just getting the rest of the team to match up to your expectations.

Thanks man, truth be told I didn’t really get significant PT until the Texas game. It was good to see you out there tonight bro.

I’ve got to support you the best I can. We only have one more season left now before you go to the nfl, and I go play college football. And next time you throw away your game worn stuff to the crowd, aim for me next time, lol.

Ya my bad on that one, I aimed for you with the white band but it stuck to my glove and I missed. Next time I’ll hook you up with a pair of gloves or something
