Training with a parachute for 2 months for first time

would i notice any notable increases in stride length or stride frequency

I dont think it would be a good idea. When you run with a parachute, it sways back and forth, and so you have to compensate to stay in a straight line or get pulled side to side. Either way, it disrupts your natural sprinting form. Also, if the air isnt perfectly still any little crosswind will really affect your form and stride. I’d just stay away from parachutes and stick to a well-planned program.
