I am anxious to get back into training, after not running much this summer. My team hasnt officially started training for indoor track. we start mid october, with our first meet in december. currently, i am lifting every other day. I was wondering if it would be too soon to start tempo, maybe on the alternate days? i am also looking to loose a few pounds before the season starts and was wondering if tempo now could help… i run the 100-400 meters… thanks
