I’m currently training a client who has toren his quad twice( don’t know the specs) W’ere doing a general hypertrohpy routine but I stay away from legs as this guy has a huge RPE with anything with his legs. Can i get some recommends on what I could do with him in terms of leg work?
Seek professional advice from those in your area. Acknowledge your limitations and don’t be offended if you don’t get the same respect initially from the PT’s or AT’s in your area. You can’t walk through that professional door if you never open it.
