Timing myself

I’m holding the stop watch in my right hand as I sprint to time myself, will I mess up my running form by timing myself this way every sprint workout?

Now that I think about it, holding a stop watch is not that much different from holding a baton.

Yeah, most people time themselves this way. It shouldn’t really affect you much, but IT IS a factor. In particular as of late that I’m concentrating on relaxing more I’m just opting to not timing myself for that extra bit of freedom.
