Tier Program without OL Lifts?

Suppose one wanted to train using the Tier System, but can’t perform the OL’s correctly(like myself)…what exercises besides OL’s would be suitable to use for the Total Body tiers? Jump Squats? Box jumps? Speed Deadlifts? Any suggestions guys? Thanks!

The thing with jump squats and box jumps is that they don’t really use the upper body as much as olys. Have you asked over at EliteFTS? If you cannot do them I don’t know if it is necessarily a good idea to follow a program based on them being a big component.
