Been having a slight hamstring problem the past week or so. It is somewhat low, i’m thinking around the biceps femoris, but not exactly sure yet. I’m reluctant to say its a pull because there has been pretty much no pain. Just a little discomfort. Today i did snatch pulls and it felt a little tight on those. Also, front squatted (deep of course) with some good weight and didn’t really feel anything there. But, did some RDLs with just the bar and felt the tightness so i opted out of those. I ran tempos on thursday and felt ok, just not sure if i should push it. I’m trying to build some tempo volume before i get back into acceleration work. Anyone think running tempos on it tomorrow would be a bad idea right now??? I’m gonna do some light massage work on it tonight to try to relieve some tension.
Also, any suggestions on EMS?..good idea or bad?..light pulses?
