I have seen you guys on here prescribe many different workouts for tempo work such as 10x300m in the GPP.
I thought, just my opinion, that tempo work, even during the GPP, should go no higher than 23-2500m of total volume and then during SPP/Pre-comp. phase going up to 18-2000m and during the season never going past 1800m and that’s the absolute most. What do you guys think? What would be your total volume for each of the following phases I have listed?:
GPP
Pre-comp.
Competition
Post Indoor comp./Pre-outdoor
Outdoor Competition
