So you’re doing your extensive tempo, probably at speeds of 50-60%, can this be a good way to develop sprint form? Provided you are running with good form too.

I would say to an extent, but it may be difficult as you are almost running too slow. I don’t really have any scientific reasoning for this other than specificity, but it’s more anecdotal!
