Temperature for Speed Training

Id like to hear what you guys set as a limit temperature for doing speedwork outside before you go indoors. I typically start wearing tights when its under 65 degrees and under 60 degrees i go inside. Keep in mind i am only talking about speedwork. For tempo my limit is 50 degrees.
Today it is around 55 no wind and sunny and im supposed to do acccelerations up to 30 meters and i do not have acess to an indoor track today so i will be doing it outside.

I don’t take it inside
unless the surface is in question.

Hard to set a temp rule as sunshine, humidity and wind play such a big role.

Good question Quik.

I tend to not to do speed work if I have trouble warming up or staying warm

In the last 5 months the hottest it has been is 18 degrees celsius.

Tights have been on for around 95% of sessions.

I did speed-work in -20 degrees celsius last winter ,but since I was an absolute beginner I got away with it.
I read in an article recently that a young Colin Jackson strained his hamstring doing block-starts in -18 degreed celsius…
