Hey guys, I’m a sprinter for a D1 school and they have a regimented running program which is about to start. The work is really easy for the 5 days there are 2 circuit days, a hill day, stair day, and a speed endurance running workout. As a member of the team I’ll be following it, but I was wondering what kind of lifting should I be doing. I’ll be emphasizing my running more so I’ll be lifting after and was wondering what rep ranges should I be working with since I’ll be looking to build a strong base for the start of school in September, thanks.
