Suggestions on warm weather plan..

Hope all is good.

Going last minute warm weather training before season begins for me next week and have a provisional plan of training for whilst i’m there…

The thing is, as most of my sessions will be based around running and technical work, i was just pondering if the layout to my weeks training was up to scratch.

Plan: 10days from 02 May - 12 May.

Mon 02 - Arrive
Tues - Speed + gym
wed - Plyos
Thurs - Gym + circuit
Fri - rest
Sat - Speed + gym
sun - technical
mon - Rest
tue- Speed + Gym
wed- Technical
thurs- leave for home
Friday - strides
sat- rest
sun - compete

Seem to much/too little? Suggestions please?

You could fit in more high intensity sessions if you allocated all your speed, plyos and gym work into one day sessions. Use circuit and tempo work on the inbetween days and throw in a rest day whenever you feel like you need it.
