I don’t really post much in here, I just like to look around and see what everyone has to say. I just went to go work with the strength and conditioning coach at the college I’m goin to next year. He told me my flexibility on a scale of 1 to 10 was a ZERO. He wants to see me again in a month before I play in a football all-star game and that all I should work on is flexibility because I just can’t move. I have read some stuff about Microstretching and want to start that up, and as for my workout schedule it goes something like this…
Monday- Legs Tue- Upp Wed- Leg Thurs- Upp
Everyday before I lift, I ride a bike for five minutes, do some dynamic stretches, workout, and then static stretch. But I’ve been static stretching my whole sports career and I’m not flexible so I’m looking for some help. Thanks for any help guys
