i pulled my hamstring almost 2 weeks ago and I’m wondering if its okay to stretch the muscle now. or should i wait a little longer just to make sure its fully healed before i mess with it

What have you done for it up to this point and how is it feeling? any tenderness? You could do some light microstretching based on previous questions answers. :slight_smile:

my hamstring was swelling up in the beginning but so far i’ve taken ibuprofen (motrin) iced it for 2-3 days and put icy/hot on it. and i heat it for 2hours every day after 3days… it’s been a couple days since i last put any treatment on it.
