Strength training for long jumpers

Can anyone of you post a sample weight lifting routine for a long jumper?

Dan John had some info on ane of the earlier issues of get up about a long jumper’s training.

If I remember corectly he had a HUGE squat clean 170kg at a fairly light bodyweight.


On a side note Jonathan Edwards has a 150kg or so Power Clean or squat clean but either way you cut it he is light as anything and can’t be more then 70kg.
