Strength/Speed Programme based on Calender Week

This was the title of a thread on the old forum. I couldn’t find it.

I reread it this morning (5am) and was interested in how DCW23 works out his training.

DC plans using the following

a. 3 gyms in a 8 day week
b. 1 spec. end in a 7 day week
c. 3 tempos in a 7 day week
d. 1 rhythm end. in a 10 day week
e. 1 speed in a 6-8 week

Most people seemed to use use a normal week (7 days).

DC can you comment and other about what they do.
