id like some opinions on this idea:
on my power/speed days we do lifts along w/plyos, sled pulls, jumps, etc…since i have a conflict schedule w/classes i was wondering if this approach mite work…
…i only have time for my running workout and then one thing after it, would it be ok for me to do this then come back after my class, usually about 2 hours later and lift or do some other power work…im not sure how this will affect me recovery wise…thoughts?
ex. 1:00…anaerobic running followed by sled pulls or hills
4:30 lift oly, squat and press movement
