becuase of hectic life at the moment, have’nt had time to do tempo, or lifts for the past week, and the week before that i did’nt do much either got in the tempo for the day during that week only once a week and only one extensidve tempo session in track, cause rains was poring like crazy so practices were cancelled. I’m trying to get in 3 tempo sessions myself, but it always rains, or something comes up. Main question is, how much effect will this happen onwards, or is my body still fine after all this rest, i did’nt even hit weights for a week as well, any thoughts?
