Hey there, seems like I got a “jumpers knee”, and the indoorseason is just around the corner.
Last week deep squats felt great dispate my knee, but this week after my speedseassion it just hurted like ####.
And the rest of this weeks training are lost because the pain feels even during walks.
If (hopefully) the pain reduces and strengthtraining is on next week, should I go easy with squats, and if so is there any subsditute. eg deadlifts or is this mainly for the back?
