static stretching after workouts

Over the last 3 weeks I’ve incorporated static stretches at the end of my sprinting/weight lifting work out. I usually go through hamstrings, quads, adductors, abductors, obliques, lower back, and upper back in that order.

I am curious what the stretching routines are of the athletes here. How long do you hold each stretch? How many times do you do each stretch? Am I missing any key areas to stretch?

Include hip flexors and abs for a start, I gather they are important!
