Starts & Ramps

There´s a 15m Grass Ramp 30º Inclined outside track where i train,
so, i would like to know what should be done first,
starts from blocks ( 10m shots )
or
ramps ( 2 sets of 5 reps, rest:30s between reps and 3 minutes between sets.
