Starting Strength Training

I’ve just recently started strength training. I use the “BIG BALL” and lots of other strength stuff… soon I’ll be doing al;l the olympic lifts.

Which part my race will this help me out with. say I were running like 10.8 how much will the strength training take off alone…after doing the work outs for 3 months

probbaly help you the most at the start and accleration phase

but it does help everywhere from posture and stride distance

The Olympic lifts and other lifts will pay off tremendously in the long run. From increased coordination,stability, posture, injury prevention to CNS improvement. CoolColJ is also on point. Overall, it will pay off for months-years down the road.
Make sure that you have someone supervising the complex lifts. There are so many minute details, it takes a good eye to make sure everything is right.
