starting blocks

I was wondering if the starting blocks that you can use on an all weather track will work on concrete? If not am I s.o.l. or or there any kind of blocks to use on concrete?

If you have someone hold them they will work ok. Or put them up against a wall.

Never tried them. Anyone know if they work?

They might stick to a rubber floor but I doubt they’ll “stick” on concrete. Maybe they’d be useful if you had someone to stand on them to prevent them from moving.
