ok i want to figure out a good program for summer track. the track is open monday, tuesday, wednseday at 7 p.m. starting this coming monday. the weight room is open every day from 10a.m. to noon and again at 5-7 p.m. i am 15, in pretty good shape from running track all winter and spring. i run the 100, 200, 400, and long jump. i was thinking something on the lines of sprint work on tuesdays and wednesdays and long jumping drills on tuesdays, with light lifting thursday and more intense lifting friday if there is no meet on saturday. comments? :help:
